How do you choose a theory?
In this seminar on 18th November, chaired by Dr Julia Yates, we will explore how people identify, evaluate and select theories to apply to their research or practice.
A number of Fellows will share their response to this question and talk about any struggles to find the right theory, or gaps identified when looking for a robust theoretical base for work.
We will explore how theory is incorporated into different types of career development work, not just research.
