Adults in England deserve a high-quality careers guidance system to help them navigate the ever-changing world of work yet many practitioners and colleagues will observe that improvements could be made to the current system. 

This session on the 18th September 2023 2pm - 4.30pm will invite the authors of two new studies into Adult Guidance to outline their early findings on what does a better Adult Guidance system look like.

NICEC is delighted to welcome both the Institute of Employment Studies (IES) and the Gatsby Foundation to jointly lead this session and present the work of the Commission on the Future of Employment Support and the Good Career Guidance for Adults study respectively.
