Nominations are now open for the 2022 CDI UK Career Development Awards (UKCDAs), with nine categories being awarded in total. 

NICEC encourages and supports all Careers practitioners who are a CDI member, student member or affiliate member in considering nominating or self-nominating for any applicable Award but especially the "Research by a Career Development Practitioner" Award. 

As a learned society dedicated to the advancement of practice and research in the field of Careers development, NICEC fully supports the aims of the UKCDAs in recognising the impact of practitioners across the full range of Careers services and organisations. Practitioner research is a key driver of progress throughout the sector. NICEC recognises, supports and encourages practitioners in their research journey via the Bill Law Award which is also currently open for submissions from student or recently graduated Careers Practitioners.
