Critical Perspectives on Careers from Early-Career Researchers

The NICEC Journal is seeking papers focusing on critical contributions from early-career researchers for a special issue guest-edited by young researchers André Borges, Oscar Gomez, Hanna Lonka, Taísa Oliveira, and Reihaneh Rahmatjou.

Building on the COCAG Action (i.e., Critical Perspectives on Career and Career Guidance), critical research refers to contributions identifying, understanding, or challenging career theories, policies, and practices that create or maintain unfair power structures, inequalities, or social injustice.
