Kate Mackenzie Davy

Kate Mackenzie Davey is Head of the Department of Organizational Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London. She is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and her research interests are in career as the link between the individual and organization, perceived career boundaries, career transitions and organizational politics. She has published in the British Journal of Guidance and Counselling, Gender Work and Organization and  Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology. She teaches Life Career Development across the MSc programmes in the department (Career Management and Counselling, MSc Organizational Behaviour, MSc Human Resource Management and MSc Occupational Psychology) and on the MSc Medical Leadership with the Royal College of Physicians.
