Aminder K Nijjar became a NICEC Fellow in 2009. She is an independent researcher, trainer and consultant, works for the Centre for Recording Achievement on a 'higher education, employer and employee engagement through e-portfolios project' and is a trustee of Warwickshire Association of Youth Clubs. Prior to this, she worked as a careers adviser, starting in schools, followed by further education and adult guidance and then higher education. In 2008, she conducted research into how UK higher education careers services measure their effectiveness and success. Currently she is developing this area of work with an international focus.
Aminder welcomes contributions from colleagues in any country who are interested in impact measures in relation to careers education, information, advice and guidance.
