Leigh has extensive experience of delivering and managing career guidance to young people, adults and older people. The common theme of his career, including more recent work on quality assurance, research and project evaluation across Europe, has been to seek the creation of demand led services rather than the episodic, interventionist and supply led models that currently exist.
